Bethesda, MD – Gary L. Perlin, the retired chief financial officer of Capital One Financial Corporation, has been elected non-executive chairman of Abt Global' Board of Directors. Perlin succeeds Stanley J. Lukowski, who has served as chairman since 2009 and will remain on the board.
