Debra Cammer Hines joins Abt Global as Chief Solutions Officer

Rockville, Md.  –  Debra Cammer Hines has joined Abt Global as Chief Solutions Officer (CSO) overseeing the development and deployment of company capabilities for client impact in areas such as Research, Digital, Technical Assistance, and Equity. 

Cammer Hines brings nearly three decades of executive experience to her new role. She held leadership positions at IBM and major consulting firms such as EY and PwC. Early in her career, she also worked in the U.S. federal government at the Office of Management and Budget. Her breadth of work has ranged from global technology services, finance, and housing to cybersecurity transformations, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) assessments.

An award-winning executive, Cammer Hines most recently established and executed the go-to-market strategy for EY’s State & Local Government business and partnered with capability leaders to bring innovative solutions to market.  Before that, at IBM, she oversaw IBM’s 2000-person public sector consulting organization.

Cammer Hines holds an Executive Certificate from the London Business School. She also has a Master’s in Public Management from the University of Maryland with a concentration in public finance, specifically housing policy and finance.
