Sallie B. Bailey currently serves on the Board of Directors, Nominating and Governance Committee and as Chair of the Audit Committee of L3Harris (LHX). She is a member of the Board and Audit Committee of NVR (NVR). Sallie also serves as Audit Committee Chair and on the Board of TricorBraun, a leading rigid packaging and related services company owned by Ares Management and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. She also serves on the Board of Directors, Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees of Abt Global a global consulting and research firm. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Azek Corporation from 2018-2025, General Cable Corporation from 2013 to 2018 and Milacron Holdings Corp. from 2004 to 2008.
Sallie served as Executive Vice president and Chief Financial Officer of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, a leading manufacturer of engineered wood building products for residential, industrial and light commercial construction, from 2011 until her retirement in 2018. Ms. Bailey served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ferro Corporation from 2007 to 2010. Prior to holding that position, she held various senior management positions of increasing responsibility over eleven years with The Timken Company, lastly as Senior Vice President, Finance and Controller. Earlier in her career, she was an audit supervisor for Deloitte and held various positions of increasing responsibility at Tenneco Inc., lastly as Assistant Treasurer.
Sallie is an Adjunct Professor at the Vanderbilt University, Owen School of Management where she co-teaches the Impact Investing Field Study class. She was a 2021 Senior Fellow at the Harvard University Advanced Leadership Initiative She is a member of the Vanderbilt School of Nursing Dean’s Advisory Council. Sallie served as Chair of the Board of the YWCA of Nashville and Middle Tennessee as well as Chair of the Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee. Sallie served as co-chair of the Women Corporate Directors Audit Committee Peer Group from 2021 to 2024 and as co-chair of the Tennessee Chapter of Women Corporate Directors. She is a member of the Wellesley College Business Leadership Council. Sallie served on the Board of the Maddox Fund, from 2015-2020 including serving as Board Chair and Chair of the Nominating and Operations Committee. She previously served as Treasurer and Board Member of the Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee from 2012-2015.
