Stephanie Landers Silva

Senior Manager, Inclusive Economic Growth

Bio

Stephanie Landers Silva is an inclusive economic growth and agribusiness specialist, bringing more than 10 years of experience in strategic advisory services, partnership development, program design, and project management. She has worked with a wide range of clients and partners including multinational corporations, local businesses, industry associations, producer cooperatives, and government agencies. She focuses on working with the private sector to integrate sustainable and inclusive development considerations into business decisions, from supplier relationships to underserved customer segments and market entry. Operating cross-sectorally, Landers Silva also helps governments, NGOs, and donors partner with the private sector to address development challenges. Her work has spanned the globe but has generally focused on Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South and Southeast Asia.

As a Senior Solutions Manager at Abt, Landers Silva helps lead program design and provides technical support to projects in economic growth, agricultural development, and gender equality and social inclusion (GESI). She also serves on the Board of The Chain Collaborative (TCC), a non-profit organization that builds relationships with local leaders in coffee-growing regions, cultivates their project design and management skills, and fosters the development of their farming enterprises. TCC’s goal is to help communities combat intergenerational poverty and marginalization on their own terms.

Previously, Landers Silva provided technical advisory services to USAID, multinational corporations, businesses in emerging markets, and industry associations on cross-sector collaboration, market development, export promotion, and gender equity. She also served as Consulting Team Lead for Latin America and as Global Project Manager for Euromonitor, a strategic business intelligence and market analysis firm. There, she helped businesses, associations, and governments anticipate industry, economic, and consumer trends to lead disruptive change.
