Bio

Tenly Snow is a senior digital solutions specialist with 15 years of expertise in digital transformation, supply chain management, and strategic solutioning. Her extensive collaborations span governmental, private sector, and non-profit organizations across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Europe. Through her work with USAID, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the World Bank, Snow has spearheaded innovations in software development and digital health, significantly enhancing health system resilience and pandemic preparedness on a global scale.

At Abt, Snow leads and supports digital initiatives and activities, helping countries use data and innovative technology approaches to build responsive, scalable, digital ecosystems. Her work ensures that countries use built-for-purpose, sustainable digital tools and services that increase pandemic preparedness, build health system resilience, and improve the use of data for critical decision-making.

Snow’s previous roles include serving as Director of Community for OpenLMIS, where she expanded software implementation in nine countries. She has also led business development and software implementation for Zenysis Technologies, a data integration and analytics startup working closely with The Global Fund, USAID, and other global funders.
