HUD's Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) rule provides an effective planning approach to aid program participants in taking meaningful actions to overcome historic patterns of segregation, promote fair housing choice, and foster inclusive communities that are free from discrimination. How can HUD effectively communicate updates to the AFFH rule to geographically dispersed program staff?
Abt produced a two-hour webcast in panel format to showcase three HUD officials as they shared information on the AFFH program. We developed a storyboard, script, and production schedule for a one-day live action filming of this panel using green screen technology, motion graphics, and post-production editing.
This webcast has been viewed nearly 1,500 times by personnel at the HUD home office and field staff through the HUD Exchange—an online repository of program resources—as part of annual training requirements.
