Adam Schaefer has over 16 years’ experience developing and managing environmental epidemiology research and evaluation projects. He is an expert in the health impacts of environmental exposures and has worked on both national and international projects, focusing on infectious disease, toxicology, health surveillance, and One Health. Before coming to Abt, Schaefer was a researcher at Florida Atlantic University. He has published numerous epidemiological studies in peer-reviewed journals.

Andrew Alderdice has more than 35 years of experience working in the health and human services sectors in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific and is currently leading Abt Global’s domestic programs and consultancy practice in Australia.Andrew has worked in a variety of roles, including as a consultant, executive manager and clinician. He has more than 25 years of experience in executive-level positions, including nearly nine years as director of a private management consulting business in Australia. He served as director of the Australian Government-funded health and HIV program in Papua New Guinea. Andrew has been the director of strategy for a regional health service, chief executive officer of a health and aged-care complex and director of a regional community health service.

Dr. Tiffany G. Harris is an epidemiologist with over 20 years of experience working in public health. She has overseen surveillance, program implementation and management, monitoring and evaluation, informatics, and data analysis and dissemination at the local, federal, and international level. She focuses on HIV, tuberculosis, COVID-19, and other infectious and non-infectious diseases.

Bradford Lucas is an expert in international health and social marketing with more than 20 years of experience leading complex global health projects and managing large teams. His program experience includes malaria and child health, reproductive health, and HIV/AIDS, and he has worked in numerous countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Throughout his career, Lucas has been recognized for his thought leadership and initiative in piloting, scaling up, and replicating new products, services, and approaches; improving processes; and disseminating best practices.

Francoise Armand is a portfolio manager and senior private sector adviser providing technical leadership and support in international health.She is responsible for supporting Abt’s private-sector health portfolio, and oversaw the DFID-supported Zambia Scaling Up Family Planning project. Armand has expertise in the area of market-based strategies for health, including total market initiatives under the USAID-funded Strengthening Health Outcomes through the Private Sector (SHOPS) project. She has more than 15 years of program management expertise in global health, with a focus on family planning and reproductive health, HIV and AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria and maternal and child health.

Ibrahima Baber is an entomologist with 23 years of experience working in malaria vector control for development organizations and academic research institutions and as a consultant for private sector and mining companies. He performed surveillance on malaria vector bionomics in Sadiola and Yatela gold mine fields in the Kayes Region in Mali to assess the impact of mining activities on the mosquito population.
