Sara Jones is a senior technical lead with specializations in conflict mitigation, governance strengthening, violence prevention, and irregular migration. She has 23 years of experience gained in home office and overseas positions with organizations, institutions, and U.S. Government agencies. In overseas roles, Jones has led technical programming and overseen project operations for U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and World Bank projects in fragile, complex environments. In home office roles, Jones has been project director for over 20 USAID projects across a range of sectors, including work focused on decentralization, public financial management, domestic resource mobilization, transparency and accountability, legislative strengthening, and organizational capacity strengthening. She has also designed conflict-sensitivity assessment tools and conducted conflict-sensitivity assessments for USAID programs.

Robin Koralek is a seasoned evaluator and project director with over 30 years of experience in evaluating federal and state social welfare programs. Her expertise spans areas such as food assistance, employment and training cash assistance, and barriers to employment, including for those recovering from substance use disorders. She has worked with various governmental and non-profit organizations, focusing on program design, implementation, and outcomes.

Diane Fraser started out working in art departments for a marketing product manufacturer in high school and a consulting firm in college. After college, she began a career in non-profits, where she developed and managed communications, public relations, fundraising, and events.

Kate Durocher has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and communication. The first half of her career focused heavily on digital marketing and activation for consumer and pharmaceutical brands when she worked at advertising agencies and as a marketing director for WebMD. For the past decade she has focused on public health communication and community engagement for federal clients. 

Lori Hunter is a Project Management Professional and a Certified Scrum Master with 20 years of experience working in systems analysis, functional requirements analysis, user-centered design and user experience, database administration and design, and web design and development. Her projects and experience represent a range of complexities, including administrative and evaluation data collection and reporting systems analysis and visualization, clearinghouses, websites, technical assistance tracking, evaluation data collection, interactive online tools and libraries, communities of practice, and Section 508 compliance. She has been the lead project manager for several large CMMI-3 IT implementations. Her responsibilities have included directing project team personnel; managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk; ensuring contract compliance; and serving as the interface with the customer and customer stakeholders.

Joe Baweja is the Abt Digital Public Health Lead with over thirty years of experience in software development, IT solutions, and project and portfolio management. Baweja supported the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for 20 years, and the intelligence community for nearly 10, in developing and delivering IT solutions that enable clients to better meet their mission. Joe has led a division with over $40M in annual revenue and 175 people, including the integration of a team gained via an acquisition, and strived to foster an environment of delivering innovative solutions to meet the customer needs. He is a project management professional and certified scrum master, and has participated in three Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) level 2 and 3 successful certifications.  Baweja has also collaborated with U.S. Congressional staff during appropriations season as a subject matter expert for public health projects in over 100 meetings on Capitol Hill.

Kristin Heck, JD, MBA, has more than 10 years of experience managing and directing technical teams in the development of digital solutions. Ms. Heck contributes her technical expertise to product development, coordinating the development of new technology solutions with IT engineers, developers, and cloud architects, and ensuring timely solution delivery. In addition, she often works closely with program leadership to set key solution objectives, manage the development and product roadmap, analyze customer feedback, and prioritize feature development.
