Dr. Janet Gordon has over 20 years of experience in designing, directing, and conducting research, evaluation, and technical assistance projects aimed at improving the health and well-being of adults, youth, and children in the U.S. and its territories. She has partnered with federal agencies such as the National Science Foundation and the Department of Education to build and evaluate programs focused on teaching the next generation of STEM professionals. She has implemented and evaluated state programs for working with, State Education Agencies, colleges/universities, and private foundations. Dr. Gordon is skilled in innovative database solutions to create new insightful knowledge for federal, state, tribal, and local agencies for evidence of effectiveness to inform policy, cost effectiveness, and best practices.

Etienne Fondjo is a medical entomologist specializing in malaria with 20 years of experience in project management and malaria control funded by the public sector and its partners. He has served as the national malaria coordinator and as the deputy national malaria coordinator in Cameroon’s National Malaria Control Program (NMCP). He has also consulted for the World Health Organization (WHO) in five countries, served as principal investigator for 11 projects in Cameroon, and was the Central Africa coordinator for the Mapping Malaria Risk in Africa (MARA) project in nine countries.

Taylor Williamson has nearly 20 years of experience leading business development efforts, managing programs, developing strategy, and conducting health systems research. He has more than a decade of supervisory experience as a project manager or technical lead for five U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded projects. Williamson focuses on decentralization and local governance, information systems, health insurance design, public policy, and capacity strengthening. He has experience with such health systems challenges as improving data quality and data use at national and sub-national levels; reducing service barriers for HIV, neglected tropical diseases, and family planning; assessing and improving civil society and local government capacity; and strengthening decentralization. He has published several manuscripts and working papers on civil society capacity strengthening, advocacy, evidence use, decentralization, and human rights.

Matthew Eby has over 20 years of leadership experience in supporting life science research and consulting for military, federal public health, and international agencies. His diverse career spans basic and applied research on environmental bioremediation, designing nanomaterials to combat antimicrobial resistance, and protecting our nation against bioterrorism. He also led federal and international agencies in modernizing public health systems and pandemic response efforts. Clients have included the Air Force, Navy, Army, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Food and Drug Administration, National Institutes of Health, and United Arab Emirates. He  has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications with 1000+ citations. He also is an active supporter of local community initiatives that tackle affordable housing, food insecurity, and systemic poverty.
