Throughout our history, we have produced groundbreaking, high-profile studies on critical issues. For example, a study for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development became, for decades, the foundation for the nation’s predominant safety-net housing program. We specialize in impact (experimental and quasi-experimental designs), environmental impact, performance, implementation and process, and meta- and rapid-cycle evaluations. We also provide technical assistance to other evaluators to ensure the quality of their work.
