Yener

Baris Yener has more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership, growth strategy development, and organizational transformation. His business-development and project work has involved a wide range of clients, including the World Bank, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other private sector and federal agencies.

Yener oversees Abt’s business development, strategic growth, marketing, and communications. In this role, he will accelerate growth through partnerships with business and capability leaders across industry and within the firm.

Before joining Abt, Yener served as senior vice president and chief growth officer of Public Sector & Technology at ICF, where he helped achieve record top-line sales for two consecutive years. His experience extended beyond sales to review processes, innovative revenue sourcing, and team leadership.

Prior to ICF, he spent 13 years at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led the firm's Market Sensing & Development functional capability. He helped leaders across the company understand the external market and improve business decisions. Yener also spent time at Alion Science & Technology, the Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner), Washington Asset Management Inc., and Direct Export, Inc.
