Jarmon

Ricki Jarmon leads the Data Capture & Surveys practice within the Digital & Data Services team. He has more than 30 years of experience in survey research for U.S. government agencies, including the Department of Labor, Food and Nutrition Service, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Social Security Administration, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Administration for Children and Families.

Jarmon has provided methodological support for more than 100 projects during his tenure with Abt Global. His areas of expertise include mixed-mode data collection, random digit dial, random assignment, address-based sampling, and list sample surveys. He also has extensive experience with child assessment and observational studies and hard-to-locate populations.

Jarmon has worked on several key technology initiatives, including multisite phone data collection and the very first tablet data collection on the American National Election study.
