Brian Chirwa is an agricultural and environmental scientist with over three decades worth of experience working on projects funded by the World Bank, the U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI), the Environmental Council of Zambia, and the Southern African Development Community (SADC). He brings 18 years’ experience on PMI-funded projects focused on indoor residual spraying (IRS) and insecticide-treated nets (ITNs) and has provided technical leadership, assistance, and high-level management for country-wide Zambian IRS and ITN campaigns. Brian also has three decades' worth of experience designing environmental information systems (EIS) for public organizations.

Carolynn Poulsen is the Director of Abt’s Global Health Security Account. She has nearly 20 years of experience overseeing the design and implementation of global health programs focusing on infectious disease and health systems strengthening. Poulsen is fluent in French and Spanish and has supported the delivery of effective global health solutions in more than 30 countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

Rodrigue Anagonou is a medical entomologist with 16 years of experience working on multiple projects for the U.S. Agency for International Development, the U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI), and other publicly funded projects in western Africa and the Caribbean. Anagonou’s expertise is in managing indoor residual spraying (IRS) and insecticide-treated nets projects.

Dr. Rucha Londhe (She/her), Senior Director Equity, is an experienced human development specialist, evaluator, researcher, and technical assistance provider with a demonstrated history of working in education and behavioral health industries. She has over 18 years of experience conducting equitable research and evaluation and leads the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning and Adapting (MERLA) sub-capability within the equity capability at Abt Global. Skilled in qualitative research methods such as interviews and focus groups, Dr. Londhe has multiple experiences conducting community-based participatory research and evaluations with diverse populations including immigrants and Native American Tribes.

Michael Witt brings more than 33 years of experience as a statistician specializing in survey design and survey data analytics. He has more than 27 years of managing staff at the administrative and project level. Mr. Witt has worked with government clients in fields ranging from energy to healthcare.

Stan Crock has more than 40 years of writing experience, including three decades as a journalist for major news outlets, more than a decade of proposal writing, and marketing and communications experience. He has written for such outlets as Business Week, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Associated Press, The New Republic, Investopedia, TheStreet.com, and bestsories.ca. He has worked on proposals for Accenture, McKinsey, IBM, Abt Global, and other firms. Crock has worked in marketing and media relations for Abt since 2018.

Natalie Arthur is a public health consultant with 20 years of experience working across health and human services sectors in Australia, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates. Natalie has led numerous complex program evaluation, review, and service development projects for Commonwealth, Australian state and territory government, and non-government organizations. She specializes in health, mental health, and disability. Natalie led the data scenario modelling of a further eight health service plans in Victoria and South Australia. As she worked on more than 40 projects, she built invaluable technical and project management experience supporting clients through the translation of complex methodologies into clear, utilization-focused recommendations.

Ofonama Archibong is an energy transformation expert with 12 years of experience in infrastructure, energy, and climate in Africa. Ofonama brings a wealth of experience in project management, policy development, and business modeling to the forefront. His skill set encompasses technical advisory, stakeholder management, research, and leadership, making him a versatile asset in driving forward sustainable energy initiatives. He has worked with prestigious organizations including Amazon Energy Limited, TEAM Engineering Limited, the Nigeria Electrification Project implemented by the Rural Electrification Agency and most recently the German Development Cooperation Agency (GIZ).
