PMI Evolve Ethiopia_RFP#006/2025_ Printing & photocopying Services for IRS formats

The PMI Evolve Ethiopia project is supporting the USAID’s mission and bureaus with malaria programs, in planning and implementing entomological monitoring, Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS), Larval Sources Management (LSM) & ITN programs, and other proven life-saving malaria vector control interventions with an overall goal of ending malaria faster with an emphasis on strengthening national capacity and health systems. Accordingly, the Evolve project in Ethiopia has identified a need for procurement of printing services for different IRS formats & tools for FY 2025 spray operations to be conducted in various districts of Oromia, Benishangul Gumuz & Gambella regions to meet the needs of the Client/Donor and accomplish the project objectives.

Solomon Islands - Australia Partnership for Governance: Cadastral Survey Tender

Cadastral Survey Tender

Solomon Islands - Australia Partnership for Governance is seeking a professional, registered, and licenced local survey company to carry out surveying tasks necessary to facilitate the conversion of land tenure in the informal settlements in Honiara to fixed term estates.

Methodology

Cadastral survey

The contractor shall survey / peg out the lot boundaries on the ground as per the approved subdivision design and provide the coordinates of all survey pegs to MLHS for input to MLHS’ GIS (Mapinfo).

Expected Deliverables

The cadastral survey shall involve:

  1. Using Total Station triangulation (double radiation) from known control points, pegging out of all corners and changes in direction of proposed lot boundaries in the subdivision master plan provided by MLHS, of the area that was the subject of the topographical survey. Pegs shall be to a standard required by the Surveyor General.
  2. Producing a table of co-ordinates of each peg, in soft (Excel) and hard copy formats, to be submitted in the Instruction to Survey file.
  3. Producing a survey plan (in .dwg, dng, dxf, tab, excel or other compatible CAD formats, as well as pdf and jpeg formats) as follows:
    • Record all information in metric in the form of field notes and plan drawings to 1:2,500 scale with scale bar, north arrow upright. Prints shall be submitted to the Surveyor General in duplicate for approval. Upon receipt, the drawings shall become the property of the Surveyor General on behalf of the Solomon Islands Government.
    • Coordinates to be in UTM Gux 1, coordinated from existing controls.
    • Alignment of any utility lines and a buffer from either side shall be depicted as an easement
  4. Producing a survey report on the work completed, to the Surveyor General.

Timeline for the survey:  Eight (8) weeks from day of commencement
