Dr. Abdoulaye Bangoura is a trained veterinarian and a global public health professional with more than 12 years of experience working in the design, implementation, management, monitoring, and evaluation of global health programs. He has worked around the world, including Haiti, the United States, China and seven countries in sub-Saharan Africa.As Chief of Party of the PMI VectorLink Project in Malawi, Dr. Bangoura and his team work with the National Malaria Control Programs of Malawi to implement malaria vector control interventions including indoor residual spraying (IRS), entomological vector surveillance, and insecticide-treated nets, and provide technical support to other implementing partners in Malawi to reduce the burden of malaria.

His provider, programmatic, and mentorship experience have resulted in significant improvements in access to and quality of Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC) services in Namibia.

Chanry Im has more than 10 years of experience directing monitoring and evaluation and technical assistance for national health programs in Cambodia, working with government stakeholders from the peripheral, sub-national, and national levels. Trained as an epidemiologist, he also has experience in health management information systems (HMIS). His technical support to the Cambodian national tuberculosis (TB) program transformed the management of TB patient’s health data from a paper-based to web-based system for real-time data collection. His current focus includes working with the National Center for Parasitology, Entomology, and Malaria Control, the University of Puthisastra, and the U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI).

Dr. Diarra Houleymata is a public health technical expert with more than 25 years of experience in program development and management. Dr. Houleymata has designed and implemented technical assistance across all levels of governments and health systems, including for more than 10 USAID-funded programs in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Guinea, Nigeria, Mali, and other countries. Her expertise spans integrated health; maternal, newborn, and child health; nutrition; and other sectors. As Chief of Party (COP) leading several country-level projects and a member of national task forces, she has delivered innovative technical assistance to Ministries of Health (MOH) to develop, validate, and operationalize health policies and strategies, generating significant changes to national health systems.

Dr. Josephat Shililu is a senior project manager and entomologist with over 20 years’ experience managing malaria control programs and conducting malaria vectors’ research. He has extensive expertise in project planning and implementation and has contributed to successful and timely implementation of IRS projects in Uganda, Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Kenya. He has also contributed to Ministries of Health (MOH’s) capacity strengthening efforts in malaria research, environmental compliance procedures, logistics systems, and mobilization campaigns. Dr. Shililu has ensured sound financial management and timely completion of quality project technical and financial deliverables.

Lubitz’s expertise includes managing complex health, nutrition, and education programs in collaboration with host governments and the donor community in more than 30 countries.

Dr. Walid Sallam is an agricultural marketing expert with 23 years of experience advising and supporting agribusinesses and farmers in Egypt. He helps them expand their businesses and implement practical solutions to increase productivity, quality, and sales. Sallam has provided expert analysis and evaluations for businesses, international and local organizations, and the government of Egypt on topics ranging from agricultural marketing and finance to operations. For the past eight years, he has led five capacity building and technical assistance agribusiness programs in Egypt that have introduced innovative, low-cost solutions to increase smallholder farmers productivity, improve the livelihood of rural communities, equip recent graduates with job-related skills, empower women, and mitigate the effects of climate change. As Associate Professor in the Department of Agribusiness at Cairo University, he taught undergraduate and graduate courses in marketing, international trade, agricultural finance, price analysis, and operations research.

Soumitra is a thought leader committed to delivering sustainable health outcomes at scale. He has created and led large scale, high-impact, and innovative public health programs in HIV/AIDS, family planning, RMNCAH, nutrition, tuberculosis, malaria, and water/sanitation/hygiene He also has worked in primary healthcare, using social marketing, social franchising, social behavior change, public-private partnerships, and market-based partnerships. Soumitra has worked in South Asia, South-East Asia, and Anglophone Africa.

Ernest Fletcher is an international development professional with 15 years’ experience in the planning, implementation, and management of education and public health programs. He has a special interest in program design, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation and capacity building. He has worked in Ghana and Mozambique and provided remote vector control program implementation support to countries including Senegal, Madagascar, Burkina Faso, and Sierra Leone. He has worked closely with Ministry of Education (Ghana) and Ministry of Health staff in several countries.
