This poster describes the efforts of the RRHD Evaluation team and Institutional Review Board (IRB) to collaborate with Abt’s Information Security and Contract Operations team to develop a comprehensive Data Use Agreement, remote training program, and a secure file transfer site for the purposes of collecting highly sensitive administrative data on persons experiencing homelessness in the 23 RRHD evaluation sites.
