The Partnership for Transforming Health System II (PATHS2) is a 6-year DFID funded health system strengthening and service delivery project. The purpose of the project is to improve planning, financing and delivery of sustainable and replicable pro-poor health delivery for common health services in 5 states – Kaduna, Lagos, Kano, Enugu and Jigawa in Nigeria.
