USAID-Funded Health finance and governance project in Nigeria assessed the functionality of public health workers to carry out key MNCH, family planning, and reproductive health services. This study, part of the overall assessment highlights the factors affecting availability of 24-hour obstetric and neonatal services at primary healthcare centers in Cross River State, Nigeria.
