Pandemic Has Taken Mental, Financial Toll On Family Child Care Providers
WBUR: A new article addresses the mental and financial stress the COVID-19 pandemic has placed on child care providers and educators. Findings from Abt’s and the Harvard Graduate School of Education’s research show that incomes have been negatively impacted, federal assistance was hard to access at the outset, and child care providers are under great mental stress during the pandemic.
